Entity structure
RSAAID LLC is a Maryland limited liability company. RSAAID Holdings Corporation is a separate Delaware corporation that holds the AI verticals (RSAAIDrive LLC, NurseFlows AI LLC, Dreamyne AI LLC) as subsidiaries. RSAAID LLC and RSAAID Holdings Corporation are parallel affiliated entities; they are not a single consolidated company.
