It is the parent operating entity: it owns the intellectual property, runs the proprietary SEO/GEO engine, and operates the RSAAID AI Studio in Bethesda. It holds the recurring-services businesses and licenses its technology into a family of AI verticals.
The structure
RSAAID runs as two parallel siblings, by design. RSAAID LLC (Maryland) is the IP and services company. RSAAID Holdings Corporation (Delaware) holds the three AI verticals as independently-capitalized subsidiaries. The two are affiliated but separate — never a forced rollup — which keeps capital, liability, and intellectual property cleanly compartmentalized.

How it's built
RSAAID's founder self-funded the first year of operations and the DellaCare and RSAAIDIAMONDS MVPs — proving the model before raising. The studio draws on Maryland talent. The approach is deliberately Palantir-style: build the engine you need internally, dogfood it across your own properties, then productize it once it's hardened.
