Our Story

Empowering Nurses to Lead in Home Care
RSAAID LLC was founded with a clear mission: to empower Registered Nurses (RNs) to take control of their careers by starting and successfully operating their own Residential Service Agency (RSA). We recognized the growing need for high-quality, nurse-led home care services and the challenges many nurses face in navigating the complex licensing, Medicaid enrollment, and business startup process. RSAAID was created to bridge this gap by providing a turnkey solution that simplifies the journey from nurse to business owner.
How It All Began
Our founders, experienced healthcare and business professionals, saw firsthand the struggles that skilled nurses faced in advancing beyond traditional employment. Many RNs had the passion and clinical expertise to run a successful home care business but lacked the resources, business knowledge, and support to make it happen. We set out to change that.
By developing an all-inclusive RSA startup package, we designed a program that gives nurses everything they need to succeed, from incorporation and office space to licensing, Medicaid enrollment, website development, and patient acquisition.
